About Eight Wishes
Sometimes life’s greatest transformations begin when everything falls apart.
Emerson Bailey thought she had it all figured out. At forty, the CEO of a booming fashion tech company finds her carefully constructed world crumbling: a devastating heartbreak, crushing personal loss, and a corporate success that leaves her feeling emptier than ever.
Faced with an uncertain future, Emerson embarks on an audacious quest inspired by a childhood memory—to create extraordinary experiences for the people who matter most. From breathtaking escapes to deeply personal journeys, each adventure becomes a step toward healing.
But as Emerson brings magic into others’ lives, long-buried truths surface. Her fame-chasing mother’s neglect reopens old wounds. Hidden secrets about those closest to her force her to confront what she’s been avoiding. And an unexpected reunion with a man from her past challenges everything she believes about love.
As relationships unravel and new connections form, Emerson must decide: Will she retreat to the safety of her old life, or risk everything for a chance to discover who she really is?
Eight Wishes is an unforgettable story about letting go of who you’re supposed to be and embracing who you might become. A poignant celebration of friendship, family, and finding your way home—even when the map has been torn to pieces.
Perfect for readers of Jojo Moyes, Taylor Jenkins Reid, and anyone who’s ever wondered if it’s too late to start over.

Author Bio:
In my pre-Eight Wishes life, I was an entrepreneur, which is a fancy way of saying I had a lot of ideas and occasionally some of them worked. I love building things that change people’s lives—and also chicken tenders with ranch sauce, which have definitely changed my life, though probably not in the way my doctor would prefer.
My hobbies include going to pop star concerts (yes, I’m that person crying during the ballads and screaming every lyric) and apparently being haunted by story ideas that refuse to leave me alone. Eight Wishes was like that friend who keeps texting you at 3 AM—persistent, slightly annoying, but ultimately impossible to ignore.
