Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a mother of two young children, a wife, a hufflepuff, a weirdo, and a dork. My imagination runs wild and helps me to write. I have three books published right now and three more that I’m currently writing.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book is Sea Savior (The Lunafriya Chronicles Book 3). I finally finished my mermaid romance series! My love of mermaids and anything aquatic inspired me to write this series.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Nope, not really. I’m a pantser writer, so I don’t know what’s going to happen in my books until I write it.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Karina Halle is a big inspiration to me. Her Experiment In Terror series was amazing!
What are you working on now?
I have three books that I’m currently writing. Creats, an all-ages fantasy novel so my kids, nieces and nephews can read my work. Also a paranormal romance called The Midnight Hour. It’s a ghostly romance! My books tend to be very steamy!
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Facebook and Twitter are my main sites that I promote on.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Keep writing! And don’t look at your reviews if you are sensitive!
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Remember why you started. It’s on a coaster that I got from my Scribbler subscription box but it really hit a cord with me.
What are you reading now?
Heartbroken by a Hunter by L.P. Dillion. I took a little break from reading so I could finish writing my mermaid series.
What’s next for you as a writer?
Hopefully to become a full-time writer!
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
Dark House by Karina Halle, any two of the Harry Potter books, The White Dragon by Anne Mccaffery.
