Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I live with my husband, two cats, and dog in a northern Canadian city where the long winters give her the perfect excuse to curl up with a blanket and good book. Writing fantasy romances (with a touch of suspense) merges my love of all types of fiction. A big fan of the genre ~ who doesn’t love a good love story with heroic sword fighting? ~ I love my heroines and heroes to be witty, courageous, and with their faults.
I am currently working on the second book in the Beast King Chronicles.

What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book is The Beast King Chronicles Book I, The Reaper’s Contract. I love romance, fantasy, and suspense. I wrote a book that has all of these things, plus a murder mystery thrown in!
What authors, or books have influenced you?
I am a fan of Julie Garwood’s contemporary and historical romances, which always have a mystery thrown in. As a child I loved Nancy Drew!
What are you working on now?
I am currently working on The Beast King Chronicles Book II: The Diplomat’s Son. It follows charming rogue Deryk Samyth, who was introduced in The Reaper’s Contract. I am sending him on a high seas adventure to an exotic land (with romance of course!)
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Keep writing – Ignore the haters/doubters and do you!
