About Extraordinary Inner Light by Eileen Anne
This powerful collection holds the notion that everyone has a bright light within themselves that they can use to guide them forward as they release the past and realign with whom they were meant to be.
For too long, we have suppressed our trauma, past experiences, and emotions, letting them drain us of the vibrance we once held. There has never been a better time to slow down and work through all we’ve carried.
In Extraordinary Inner Light, Eileen Anne shares her heartfelt poetry that dives deep to set the past free. Weaving in nature, she creates a beautiful tapestry with her words, connecting directly to the hearts of her readers, as she brings light to the shadows, igniting the pathway to true healing.
Starting in the shadows and ending in the sun, this debut poetry collection takes the reader on a journey of healing.
The chapters include: releasing trauma, mother and father wounds, breaking old patterns, realizing self-worth, awakening the divine feminine, and connecting to nature and greater. She touches on grief, inner child wounds, and self-love. This work is heartfelt, emotional, and encouraging.
Wherever you are in your journey, this powerful poetry will inspire you to alchemize your painful experiences into the beautiful gifts they are.

Author Bio:
Writer, poet, and story-teller, Eileen Anne is the author of Extraordinary Inner Light, a book of poetry about healing trauma and realigning with self. With decades of writing experience, Eileen has a unique, heart-centered voice that shines through her poetry.
Eileen has been through a tremendous amount of grief and pain for one lifetime and has written her way through, alchemizing her pain while clearing the path for others to follow.
She began writing poetry as a child, as she remembers typing verses on her grandfather’s desktop computer. Her grandmother framed her winning poems and hung them amongst the family photos.
Each time life got challenging, Eileen turned to writing. Her words connected her to herself in a way nothing else did. Writing gave voice to everything she held so deeply inside.
Few know Eileen began in business school. Taking a required business-writing class, she had a rebel of a professor who went beyond teaching office memos and into the depths of composition.
Feeling a connection with Eileen’s words, this professor greatly encouraged her, eventually poaching her from the business school into the arts. That’s when Eileen started to realize her gift of writing, but it took her many years and occupations to come full circle.
Eileen graduated cum laude from Villanova University as an English major with a focus in Writing & Rhetoric. She tried to funnel her business courses into a minor, but she was one lower-level mathematics course short. She also attended the University of Galway in Ireland as a Connelly-Delouvrier Scholar.
She went on to graduate summa cum laude with her master’s degree from Holy Family University, along with her masters plus from Pennsylvania State University and Gratz College.
She is grateful to all of her teachers, her earth angels, and to the poetry- her creative outlet that has beautifully weaved itself through her life- her lifeline, her voice, the way she makes sense of her place in this world.
