About Fall In Love With Life by Donna Higton
Have you lost your zest for life? Feeling like you are on an endless hamster wheel with no fun or joie de vivre? Fall in Love With Life is your handbook for falling back in love with your life, even if you feel you have totally lost your mojo.
Donna always wanted a guide to how to love life again – as she couldn’t find one, she wrote it. After years of coaching clients to listen to their hearts and souls, to take excellent care of themselves, and follow their inspiration, she’s collected over 100 great ideas to help you love your life again.
No matter where you are right now, Donna will help you to rediscover joy, to sing, to dance, to get silly (unless you don’t love any of those things, in which case she’ll guide you to find what makes YOU feel good).
With humour, honesty, and silly doodles, Donna guides you to help you pick from the buffet of loving life suggestions. Whether what you need most is to hear your inner wisdom, take charge of your life, or make feeling good your highest priority, Fall in Love With Life will remind you of the joys and wonders in life.
You deserve a life you love. You deserve to feel happy every day. And you don’t have to change your entire life to make that a reality – just make some small tweaks every day, and before you know it, you’ll be seeing the wonder in everything and revelling in the joy of simply being alive.
Our everyday existence often dulls our enthusiasm, passion, and happiness. Let Fall in Love With Life remind you to let your light shine again.
