In Chaska, the family faces many hardships as well as joys. The fate of her sister, Agnes, has a most profound and permanent impact. Overall, is a very touching and heartwarming read of 250 pages. Rosa’s life is one lived without regret, but only after she learns the life lesson that she must listen to her own voice.
