Author Bio:
After training as a Naturopathic Nutritionist, whilst bringing up her two boys, Kathy Mac started to see clients who wanted help with their health and lifestyle. However, she soon discovered as each conversation unfolded that there was a lot more to her client’s health issues than just what they were eating. It became common for her to give advice on depression, lack of self-worth, and other emotional issues that affected her client's eating habits.
Witnessing firsthand how emotions affect eating patterns, she wanted to help her readers understand the psychology of eating, alongside subjects about hunger, common health myths, the food industry, and the fundamental benefits of good nutrition. Feeding Good Habits covers just about everything you might want to know about getting healthy.
Each week of the book's 12-week journey covers a new topic, with small tasks and insights to accomplish every day in order to change your mindset and in turn your body.
Passionate about nutrition, mindset, motherhood – or soon-to-be 'otherhood' – and trying to help people make better choices. Kathy is ever the learner and the teacher. Writing, reading, playing squash, sewing, crocheting, and cooking are among her other hobbies.
