Anastasia J. Bell
Anastasia is a grounded natural healer who has been working with Chinese Medicine for twenty years. She practices Qigong and Kundalini Yoga and spends time in meditation engaging in these practices to keep herself strong.
She lives surrounded by the beauty of nature and spends a great deal of time bare foot on our earth, thus entering an unseen and unheard dialogue exchanging healing with nature. She’s keenly aware of the energy that pervades all things and has learned how to use this as part of the healing process. She teaches others how to do this when appropriate.
During the course of her career, she has helped many people to not only overcome physical pain in their bodies but also how to work through their fear, anxiety, grief, and guilt. Working also with them primarily on their ability to forgive themselves in order to gain the skills and inner knowledge necessary to be able to forgive others.
