Maureen Gibbons, MD, known as Dr. Moe, is a dual board-certified physician who accidentally built a business while helping patients get healthier and navigate healthcare. A longtime coach with decades of experience in personal and professional development, she discovered that career overload and physical overload aren’t separate problems—they’re symptoms of the same broken paradigm.
After years of successfully carrying a full life as an emergency medicine physician, mom, wife, and Ironman athlete without burning out, she knew she could help more people if she could just create more bandwidth. She accidentally created AMS Lifestyle Medicine, a fully remote nationwide practice, and developed the SHIFT Framework to help overloaded high-achievers move from surviving their success to designing sustainable freedom.
