She has published two books titled ‘Just you, me and a secret’ and ‘A Minute to death’.
She was awarded the ‘BEST URBAN CHENNAI BLOGGER’ by Ecovme and Urban Tree.
She works with an MNC as an IT developer, makes short films for fun, and blogs at Scribbledbygb.blogspot.com
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book is a paper back titled ‘A Minute to Death’ sold in India. Soon to be on kindle. It’s a crime thriller. I get inspiration from the darkness that engulfs me in the nights. So I don’t know which night was the night when this idea was born.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Yes. I first picture the entire book as a movie in my mind. Then I pause, rewind and forward it as I write. I feel like I am writing down a film that’s going on in my mind. This makes me want to enact some of the scenes.

JK Rowling, Agatha Christie
What are you working on now?
I am working on another crime thriller now.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Facebook is the best platform for authors to promote themselves.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Just do what you feel like. Don’t try to copy the success of others.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
“Everyone is born with the right equipment to write. It’s in how well we use it.”

What’s next for you as a writer?
There is no “Next” for a writer, according to me. I want to be a writer till my last breath.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
Just you, me and a secret, A Minute to death and the two other books I am working on. For my books are the most important to me.
