Hannah Chamberlain, Oxford University Literature graduate (just), was a student when she was diagnosed with bipolar, before mental health was ‘a thing’. Since then she has written, made films and campaigned in mental health, telling her own story and helping others do the same. Her journey has taken her onto BBC, won her awards and seen her cited as campaigner to watch in the Houses of Parliament. She is passionate about building people’s confidence to manage their own mental health, wherever they are at with it. She’s equally passionate about living the simple life, in her caravan by the sea.
