About Healthy Naturally You
Do you suffer from medical problems that refuse to be treated by conventional drugs?
Are you tired of having to take a concoction of medication and living your life in a way that doesn’t suit you?
Would you like to use natural therapies to alleviate your symptoms?
When we fall unwell the first thing we tend to do is go to see our doctor, who will almost always prescribe us with a drug that is designed to combat the problem. Unfortunately, as good as modern science is, it cannot treat every ailment known to us and very often we are left taking pills and drugs for long periods. This reliance on modern drugs can be detrimental to our long term wellbeing and being on them for months or even years isn’t always the best course of action.
This book, Healthy Naturally You, explores many of the alternatives when it comes to healing our bodies and concentrates on the mental as well as the physical aspect of getting better, with chapters that cover:
➢ The advantages of alternative therapies
➢ Tai-chi and its benefits
➢ Practicing yoga for a healthy mind and body
➢ Using massage to soothe aching limbs
➢ How the ancient art of acupuncture works
➢ Aromatherapy for mental, physical and emotional wellbeing
➢ Mindfulness and meditation
➢ And more…
The power of alternative and natural remedies should not be understated as they have been used by civilizations for centuries and go even further back than that in some cases.
These all natural ingredients and practices mean that your body starts working in harmony as it should do and will often mean that your body will heal much faster and for longer.
