Author Bio:
Niccolls had the good fortune of a technical career that required much travel. This gave insight into other cultures and the great warmth of people around the world — along with some adventures in not-so-great places. The people and the beauty of Wales and France, combined with his passion for small boat sailing, led to the novel HEAVEN BELOW.
