I’m a fitness enthusiast, but a self-described “normal person”. I don’t have superior genetics. I work hard to keep in shape. I became frustrated with the garbage spewed on social media, and the general lack of understanding about how “normal” people can lose weight, which was the genesis of writing this book. I really wanted to contribute real and honest content that I hope will surface amongst the sea of garbage that is so popular and misleading people about how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.
