Samantha Woo, LCSW, is a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist. She is in private practice helping anxious people find their spirit-led balance.
She has a BA in Neuroscience and Behavior from Wesleyan University, an MSW from California State University, and a Clinical Fellowship from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work.
She is married and has three young adult children herself, with plenty of “schooling” in the parenting realm, both past, present, and in years to come. She is a believer in process and sharing, even when things are not perfect.
