What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The Simple Side Of Human Resource Management
I wrote this book because, I felt that in so many cases where people do research studies and/or research papers in general, either for self-enrichment or as part of a study purpose towards a certified outcome, these research papers seem to get lost in the cracks. During my studies I came across a philosophy that stated that; A scholar during their undergraduate degree, merely summarizes and compares the knowledge from the greater pool of knowledge, whereas a scholar studying towards a master degree, searches and tests these collections of knowledge and verifies the information in the greater pool of knowledge, whereas, the Ph.D. scholar is the one that contributes and grows the pool of knowledge.
For many years I believed this philosophy, however as time passed I realized that even the least expectant individual can significantly contribute to the knowledge pool and feed the inquisitiveness of the information hungry souls. Thus I have decided it a fitting choice to publish the research that I had done for the various business projects during my studies. I can only hope that you would not only find this information useful, but that you find the book enjoyable
