Sea of Grief: It’s OK Not to be OK (Guide for healing feelings and emotions of loss of any kind)
I lost my mother a few years ago and am still going through the process of grieving. My purpose in writing this book is to lend a helping hand to those who are dealing with their feelings and emotions of loss of any kind. I provide practical suggestions and guidance on how to navigate through the grieving process, including coping strategies. Grief can be an isolating experience and I want to offer solace and reassurance to those who are grieving and hope that they feel less alone in their grief journey. I have a desire to inspire readers to find meaning in their loss, discover their strength and resilience, and ultimately find a sense of healing and renewal.
