Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I have been a writer for a very long time, however ‘Iconoclasm’ is my first full length volume. I am honored to have such a positive response regarding it, and look forward to creating more books in the future!
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book ‘Iconoclasm: Political Empowerment for the New Millennium’ was written in response to what I perceive as a deficit in understanding of political sociology. It is not bipartisan or conjectural, rather it aims to provide framework for more effective and positive political thinking.
I am an adamant believer in futurism and upward mobility for the entire world. I was inspire to write ‘Iconoclasm’ because of my true belief that we all have undiscovered power, and information may unlock unprecedented potential.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Absolutely! I have unusual phrasing sometimes and I have very specific times when I am able to write best.
I love authors like Kurt Vonnegut, Harry Crews, and Faulkner, whose writing styles are intently recognizable. I enjoy having an individual voice as a writer and hope it shows though in the content of my work.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Debt: The First 5000 Years by David Graeber
Hopes and Prospects by Noam Chomsky
Sleeping With the Devil by Robert Baer

I am currently working to promote ‘Iconoclasm’ and schedule interviews, speaking opportunities, and touring. I will begin writing a new book in the winter of 2018.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
So far Amazon and Createspace have been immensely helpful. I am hoping to partner with more outlets soon!
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Set time aside every day to work. Even thirty minutes is useful. Don’t feel like to you have to write! Reading over your work is incredibly important. But tenacity and discipline are the only means of finishing what you start.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
If you believe in what you do don’t give up. Its cliche, but as artists and writers we are up against a lot of hardships and we mustn’t let those things spoil what we do. Its really hard to be positive sometimes, but only positivity allows for growth.
What are you reading now?
Politcal Order and Political Decay by Francis Fukuyama
What’s next for you as a writer?
I hope to augment my writing as an activist. I want my work to help fuel progressive and positive futures in government and social works.
