Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin and raised in the suburbs of that area. I joined the Marine Corps at age 20. I started off in the infantry and after 3 years I moved into the EOD field, this is basically the bomb squad. I did that for the next 17 years until I retired and still carry out that same job to this day in the civilian sector. I did take some time out to write my first and only book so far.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest work is “Golf Made Easy! A Backward Approach to Learning Golf….. Or Is It?”. My inspiration came from personal experience. I needed to improve my game. Professional instruction was to expensive so I turned to books. The books that were available at the time were terrible. 400 pages of complexity with black and white photos that looked like they were from the 1920s. Later in life I became a professional golf instructor and a professional club fitter. When I finally acheived my certification I sat back and said to myself “Learning golf is really easy! Why doesnt everyone know these things?” So I went forth to get the word out on just how easy it really is. That is how my book came to be.
