Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I started writing straight out of high school, as a journalist at the local daily in Freeport, Bahamas. From there, my desire to express myself more freely led me to create two powerful books to date.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The book’s title is God’s Second Begotten Son: The Newest Testament, and it has been inspired by a void of understanding in the great religious divide across the globe. This book makes sense of it all.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I would tend to leave my unfinished work sitting around for extended periods of time and would then have to read chunks of back work to pick up when I returned to it.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
R.L. Stines and Caleb Carr.
What are you working on now?
I am presently unoccupied at the moment.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
YouTube.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Think clearly and write voraciously.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
To never give up – no matter how circumstances may be looking.
What are you reading now?
I’m currently reading a lot of hip-hop blogs.
What’s next for you as a writer?
I don’t know what’s next for me, but in my capricious mind, the sky is the limit.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
The Alienist, Oliver Twist, and Rumpelstiltskin.
