Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a father of 2 beautiful girls and husband to a fantastic wife. I am an entrepreneur and businessman. I also have a podcast show on iTunes and SoundCloud called, Table Talks with Joshua Kangley on The Success Show.
This new book, The 7 Concepts of Customer Service, is my second book that I have self-published. My first book, The 7 Principles of Success, became a #1 Amazon Best Seller. I am hoping to generate just as much buzz with this new book because I feel it can really help companies and organizations focus on Customer Service and increase their bottom lines,
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book, is called, The 7 Concepts of Customer Service, and I wrote it because I am passionate, maybe a bit oddly, about excellent customer service. The reason being is that I have seen what it can do for the customer, the company, and also me.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I have many. What is unusual I guess depends on the person! I do all my writing in bed, not sure why.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Tony Robbins is a huge influence of course. Also, Gary V., Grant Cardone, Dale Carnegie. Long list but I recommend anyone reading anything from these guys.
What are you working on now?
I am working on my Podcast show. I have a new series in which I am going get personal and talk about my adoption as a baby, and through that a lot of self discovery.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Word of mouth has helped me a lot.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Write, write, write. Then edit, edit, edit.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
The ego is in the work, not you. Let go of ego.

What’s next for you as a writer?
I plan on writing more books and delivering the best content that I can and helping as many people as I possibly can.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
3 collections of poetry by all the greats.
