What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My Book – “FROM SCREENLIGHT TO SOULLIGHT” is inspired by my own journey of recognizing the silent grip of screen addiction and choosing to walk the path of inner clarity, presence, and conscious living. It reflects the need to disconnect from digital noise and reconnect with the soul.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I often write in complete silence, right after meditation or during the early morning hours when the world is still. I don’t force words, I let them arrive when they’re ready. Sometimes, a single line will visit me during a walk or while doing a mundane task, and I immediately jot it down. Many of my poems begin that way.
