Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I’m a transformational coach and consultant and now a transformational author. The Infinity Loop for Women is my first book but I’m working on book 2 and 3 to come out this year. They will build upon this book. I merge Organizational Development with spiritual development. I love to read!
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The Infinity Loop for Women was inspired by my logo, the infinity loop. It represents infinite possiblilites for transformation, connection and communication. I saw it all in a vision and how my work of connection, awareness and inquiry all fit together in this loop and how women can change the world through this type of presence.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I found writing my first book to be the greatest experience of myself. I wrote it for myself and my tribe, wherever they are in the world. My habits of writing come from a sense of play, being creative, self-discovery and passion. Sometimes what comes out is beautiful and sometimes it’s the “sh#t&ing first draft.”
What authors, or books have influenced you?
I think I have my own style that comes from the way I coach and teach. Richard Rohr, Thomas Merton, Caroline Myss.
What are you working on now?
Numinous Love is Whispering in Our Ear: Learning to Hear the Voice of Love. I plan to release that this summer.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I don’t know. My book is just now coming out. I’m figuring it all out myself.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
Find the play in it all. Relax into it, let insights, inspiration and ideas come from everything, especially the silence. What comes from your heart and soul will always be most interesting.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
What others think, say or write about me is none of my concern.
My soul gave me that message.
What are you reading now?
I read a few books at a time…
but re-reading Women Who Run with the Wolves
What’s next for you as a writer?
Working on book 2 to release this summer. Podcasts about The Infinity Loop for Women and how the themes in the book intersect with what’s going on in the world. Seminars and retreats to do deeper work.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
Spiritual books to help me deal with being stranded on a desert island. Anything by anyone of my most nourishing teachers who help live the contemplative life, which one would hope would happen on a desert island:
Thomas Merton or Richard Rohr are great choices for me!
