Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a active sports athlete. Through the sports I have learnt many wonderful life lessons and values which I hope to spread to others as i believe these are values that cannot be bought using money. Thus by writing these books, i hope to spread my idea to as many people as possible and impact as many people life as possible.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Developing habits: Aligning the goals and action, a book for the successful people.
As mentioned earlier, I was inspired by the toughness, mental capabilities each an every athlete must have in order to break through our personal best especially when we hit a “wall”. When I first started learning the sports I kept failing, it was through self discipline and habits that get me through the tedious phase. Hence I would like to spread the power and importance of habits and how they can greatly affect your lives.

What is the best advice you have ever heard?
When we hit our lowest point we are far open to the greatest change. It is because of failure we are given opportunity to shine.

A ancient Chinese teaching by Confucius.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
A Survivor book of course! so that i can survive and write more book
