Author Bio:
Ron had the opportunity to fulfill his childhood dream by playing basketball for the Florida State Seminoles from 1988-1991, and was appointed team captain his senior year. Ron was also named FSU’s Atlantic Coast Conference Scholarship Athlete of the Year in 1991. After graduating with a degree in Communications, and a Masters Degree in Sports Management, Ron worked as the Director of Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning for FSU until 2000. In 2000, he left FSU and accepted a job as the Associate Director of Premier Health and Fitness Center. In 2001, Ron left Premier Health and Fitness Center to take over the Senior Pastor responsibilities of Every Nation Tallahassee Church. He married his wife Cindy in 1996 and they have 3 sons Josiah, Ethan and Noah. Ron continues to serve as Senior Pastor of Every Nation Tallahassee, is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Nutrition and Sports Nutrition Coach.
