Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I have a background in human behavior science and have worked as a qualified Professional in mental health for fifteen years assisting many people with depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
My idea for co-creating a book with Dr. Bob Lipton was in order to expand our knowledge to a larger audience, who could benefit from the techniques both professionals provide.
Dr. Bob Lipton, has over 30 years of clinical, scientific knowledge & experience in human behavior.
Together we create a yin & yang balance of modern and effective teachings.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Stop Overthinking. My patients inspired me and my co-author Dr. Bob Lipton.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I like to write with my desk looking out the window and burning some scented candles in the background. It helps me concentrate.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Many of my Favourite books are based on mental health studies and modern science.
What are you working on now?
We are taking a break, but may possibly team up for another series collection.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I use Amazon, but I am sure there are many other platforms.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
If you have the wisdom to share with others from your profession or talent, pursue it!

Everything can be changed or can change, change is inevitable.
