About Living The Overcoming Life
Living The Overcoming Life is about life where the rubber meets the road. It is not a set of theoretical, hypothetical or even theological jargon. It is about practical strategies for overcoming life’s real challenges. The book presents overcoming strategies for issues such as rejection, misunderstanding, impatience, negative thinking, unforgiveness, envy and revenge to mention a few all taken from the life of Jesus Christ. It is a unique study of the Life of Jesus Christ from an overcomer’s perspective. You would be pleasantly surprised by several things you will read in this book.

Author Bio:
Richardson George has a passion to see people live an overcoming life which he himself has cultivated and experienced after giving his life to the Lord Jesus Christ. From his early teens, he had an insatiable desire to know God’s Word and more importantly to live it. That resulted in him reading through the entire Bible by the time he was fifteen. Having experienced salvation through the ministry of a radio broadcast, he did not attend church initially to be advised to read from the New Testament, so he started reading from the book of Genesis. Amazingly, everything he read was a fresh discovery to him. He would occasionally journal his spiritually discoveries which has today climaxed in his authorship of several books designed to help readers overcome the challenges in this world of pain and misery and enjoy a life of victory.
Richardson George currently holds a Master of Arts degree from the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology in Interdisciplinary Studies. He has served in the capacity of President of the Open Bible Institute of Theology for nine years and has been the Vice President from 2000 to the present. In 1995, he planted the Gasparillo Open Bible Church which he pastored for 21 years and currently pastors the Claxton Bay Open Bible Church. During his Christian life, he has served in several leadership capacities like Sunday school superintendent, youth pastor, camp counsellor, college group leader, missions & evangelism director (local church). He also served on his denominational High School and Bible School boards.
From early childhood, he demonstrated a love for the two most popular outdoor sporting activities in his country, football and cricket as well as indoor gaming activities. Richardson is married to Libby and has one son, Calix whom he considers to be a miracle child having been born sixteen years after marriage. His driving passion in life is to see people live an overcoming and victorious life as is reflected in the books he has written.
