About Lords of Babylon
Melcazar El Sharif is High Priest of Marduk, Babylon’s patron God. Charismatic, beloved by those who see him as an incarnation of the God himself, Melcazar has learned to use his striking appearance to his advantage. He is the Guardian of Babylon, but he holds a secret not all know, and it could well cost him everything.
When an attempt on his life is made, Melcazar asks the Synod, a group responsible for the welfare of the Temples to intercede and Mehen Pet That, High Priest of Set is sent to investigate.
Swept up in the magick of Babylon, and taken aback by Melcazar himself, Mehen finds himself caught up in a web of corruption, deception, and decadence. But Mehen finds himself caught between loyalty and love, power and justice, and forced to make a choice that will change him forever.
