Author Bio:
As a child, books were my friends and my window to the world.
Years later, as a mother of three, I rediscovered the wonder of children’s stories through my own kids. I believe every story carries a gentle lesson, that children are our greatest blessing — and that splashing through puddles and sipping hot cocoa are joys meant for all ages.
The idea for Maggie, Who Didn’t Want to Sleep was born one evening while I was trying to put one of our three children to bed. And though you now hold a children’s book in your hands, I couldn’t help but reflect on how we, as adults, deal with tiredness.
