Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I am a Christian with a passion for writing books. I have worked in
various capacities in the Banking industry, from HR, Legal to T
Technolgy.
I have written two books so far
1. Living Life the Biblical Way
2. The Road to Self-Publishing
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
The Road to Self-Publishing is my latest book.
My experience as an Indie author was quite challenging and I decided that I will share this experience with those who are keen on entering the world of writing.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I spent a lot of time building the content for my book. The writing is relatively quick.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
read all kinds of books and authors. I am impressed by new and unknown authors as they give insight into the mindset of ordinary people. In my earlier days, I read books written by Agathe Christy, Alister Mcclean, J.K. Rowling, James Hadley Chase, Ravi Subramanian, Chetan Bhagat, Ravi Zachariah and more.
What are you working on now?
Right now, I am working on writing a romantic novel series, a two-part book.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
The best method is communicating with families and friends through WhatsApp and Facebook. Also, www.awesomegang.com, Fiverr.com and Bargain Booksy have been beneficial to me.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
To conquer the fear of writing, start writing. Once you get hold of it, then there is no stopping.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
Every suggestion that enables the best out of me is always the Best advice.
What are you reading now?
Resolve by Will Ertel – A book on Financial planning based on Biblical principles.
What’s next for you as a writer?
To write more books.
