Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
My name is Mike Omar and I have been living off several types of Internet businesses for the past five years. I’ve written three books total, and those boos have been translated into five additional languages. So I have 18 books total.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My last book that I wrote is “How to Start a Blog that People will Read.”
I wrote it because of how strongly I believe that blogging can benefit someone’s life. Blogging helps people with clarity of mind and purpose, improves writing and analytic skills, and has the potential to lead to all kinds of opportunities. Every single person on Earth should have a blog.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I write while I’m on long backpacking trips through remote parts of the world. 🙂
What authors, or books have influenced you?
I’ve been an avid reader my entire life and I’ll read any genre (fiction or nonfiction). I’m a big fan of classic literature.
My favorite business book is the four hour work week by Tim Ferriss.
What are you working on now?
Right now I’m working on two online membership websites / schools, and they are being built using the same methods I teach in my books.
