About Moths of Gore by J. A. Perry
A group of teens from a small Colorado town vandalize the local mall food court and are sentenced to after-hours cleaning duty. Carter Chen, the self-proclaimed mastermind of the operation, could not be more excited; everything went exactly according to his plan. However, what was meant to be a wild, unforgettable Halloween party in an empty mall quickly sours when his friend group divides into wefts that Carter doesn’t know how to stitch together. His best friends are feeding each other’s drug addiction, his relationship with his girlfriend is failing, and his stepbrother forces his new friend upon them. The tense evening spirals quickly into a nightmare by the arrival of a mysterious sheriff and a violent sickness that overtakes one of them.
Moths of Gore is a haunting, visceral journey into the complexities of adolescence—loneliness, acceptance, and sexual identity—set against the backdrop of monsters, body horror, and the unraveling of a night that will change everything.

Author Bio:
I am an indie author that has been writing her whole life. I live with my husband and two dogs. Moths of Gore is my debut novel and encompasses all that I think is missing in the horror genre; twisted and burdened friendships, terrifying monsters, and stomach-turning scares.
