I am a 22 year old entrepreneur who is the CEO of ozonics which is a manufacturing firm in waste water treatment and purification and I have expertise in various other topics like social media marketing, real estate and stock analysis. Real Estate Income Secrets is my first book ever which is a complete guide to starting your real estate investment business.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book and first ever is REAL ESTATE INCOME SECRETS which is a complete guide to starting your real estate investing business. My main motivation behind writing this book is to break the myth that real estate requires you to have tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars to get started. In this book I have specifically outlined how day to day average investors like you and me can invest in real estate even with little money at their disposal.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
Not so much. Just used a very simple form of communication in my book to make sure the readers understand everything simply
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Russel Brunson is my favourite with the kind of value he provides in his books. It’s just mind-blowing! And that is exactly what I have tried to do in my debut book.
What are you working on now?
Right now I’m focused on my manufacturing business and social media brand.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
Book promotion websites, facebook groups, and instagram.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
No! I am a new author myself and I do not feel I have earned the right to give advice.

What’s next for you as a writer?
I will focus on providing value through my books in topics of my expertise which is mostly business and finance.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
Would mix it up with different genres in fiction and some non fiction educational books. Would be awesome though to get done with so many books as there would not be much to do on an island all by myself I’m guessing.
