Author Bio:
Susan Loumagne learned through personal experience that preparing ahead is the best strategy for managing life’s unplanned events. After caring for family members who couldn’t communicate their information and wishes, Susan spent countless hours figuring out how to pay their bills, determining their coverages and investments, and wondering what their wishes might be. She discovered how frustrating the lack of information and guidance is when making decisions for others. She thought, “There has to be a better way.”
As a former Fortune 500 executive coach, business consultant, and entrepreneur Susan has spent her career creating systems, processes, and procedures to organize and manage knowledge and information. So it was natural to create The Personal Affairs Portfolio as the solution to “there has to be a better way.”
Susan launched 55 Plus Essential Services in 2010, and The Portfolio has been a key component for people to organize and systematize what she calls “the business of life.” She is passionate that people share their wishes, plan for their futures, and give their loved ones the gift of knowledge, so no one is left scrambling during emotional times.
