Sarah is trained and/or certified in an enormous amount of information and techniques, including Nuat Thai, Neural Reset Therapy, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Reiki, Hot Stones, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Myofascial Stretching, Medical Massage, Swedish, and Deep Tissue, and her latest endeavor, Certified Hypnotherapist.
Sarah has been an employee, a contractor, and a self-employed small business owner and has worked in businesses of all sizes and types.
