About Outwit the Workplace Bully: 8 Steps You Need to Know to Reclaim Your Career, Confidence, and Sanity by Dawn Johnson
It’s time to reclaim your career, confidence, and sanity.
Is there a bully in your workplace? Researchers estimate that 49% of the US Workforce is impacted by workplace bullying annually. Unlike harassment or discrimination, workplace bullying is not illegal in the US. Organizations are often slow to react—citing the conduct as simply a personality conflict between two coworkers.
The bully targeted you for a reason.
Workplace bullies select their targets carefully. The bully’s goal is to erode the target’s confidence, undermine their professional reputation, and derail their career. They often succeed. Once the targeting starts, the employee often has a no-win choice—leave, or endure intense amounts of psychological abuse and humiliation.
Learn to protect yourself and your career from workplace bullies.
In Outwit the Workplace Bully, the author speaks from personal experience as a target. She developed an eight-step process that will help you determine if you are being targeted, show you how to build your Bully Intelligence, and inspire you to take strides to rebuild your confidence and career.
