Dawn Johnson is the author of Outwit the Workplace Bully: 8 Steps You Need to Know to Reclaim Your Career, Confidence, and Sanity which earned a Finalist Award through American Book Fest.
In 2022, Women’s World magazine featured Dawn as one of “America’s Experts” on workplace bullying. Dawn is often called upon to speak on the topics of workplace bullying, building workplace trust, and effective leadership.
Dawn is an Assistant Professor in the Stender School of Leadership, Business, and Professional Studies at The College of St. Scholastica and serves as the Program Director for the MBA in Leadership and Change.
When she’s not writing, you might find Dawn capturing family memories in a scrapbook, losing at a game of Hand and Foot, or cheering for her niece and nephew at the ballfield or ice rink. She resides in northern Minnesota.
