Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
Let’s see, I’m not really bound by any genre, but I like to write on the fantasy end. I’ve just published my first book, but I plan to have my second published by the end of 2016. I have written another that I’ll try to release sometime next year and have ideas for countless of others.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Rev: Rise of Jormungand
Rev is a combination of everything I enjoyed as a kid. It’s a high paced Action/adventure based on a dystopian future. The main protagonist is an extreme smart-ass and has a comedic touch through the entire dark nature of the book.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I usually write in first-person, and when I do my characters usually stop the storyline to enter their thoughts or address the audience for an extra connection to the character on hand. I also like to change characters in order to get the audience more invested in other characters in the story.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
Patrick Rothfuss is probably my favorite current author as his attention to detail and imagination is extraordinary.
My favorite book is Watership Down by Richard Adams. It takes a real life situation and puts a creative twist that most people would never think of. It’s an oldie, but a good oldie.
What are you working on now?
I’m currently working on a book called Anima, which I plan to release at the end of this year. It follows a man who dies and is given a chance to go through a set of trials in order to get resurrected. I’m writing the ending now, and I just need to proofread it afterwards.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I don’t currently have a best method as I’m completely new to this. Hit me up on wattpad or twitter, and be part of my newly established fanbase!

Do you have any advice for new authors?
Just keep at it. Your first work is never going to be perfect and it’s a continuous learning experience. I highly suggest starting on wattpad and experimenting with different genres to get experience. It forces you to think out of the box.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
If one dream dies, dream another dream. If you get knocked down, get back up and go again.
What are you reading now?
Dark Tower series book 3
What’s next for you as a writer?
Continue writing, I really enjoy it. I plan to finish up Anima and then write the second book for Rev depending on the reception I get from it.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
Watership Down
Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy
Name of the Wind
Maze Runner
