About Phenomenon: White is the New Black – The K Project by Jonathan A. Spain-Collins
The twin brothers Kenan and Kel Johnstons’ parents Cassius and Priscilla have been killed at the hands of an off duty Boston Police officer. On the day after their parents funeral, as Kenan and Kel were reminiscing in their parents office they found a set of wrist watches which were actually time machines created from an angel named Kafziel. To honor their father, Kenan and Kel each named their device The Cassius. The brothers vowed to use their power of time travel to save lives taken by disasters before they even happened. The brothers began to go as The Time Guardians. The more lives they saved the more attention they attracted. Carrying their secret identity didn’t last forever. Soon tension started to grow between Kenan and Kel. The debate into killing people behind atrocities from deeper into the past drove a wedge between them causing them to split up. Now on his own, Kenan must bear the responsibility as a savior. At the same time he must worry about what his brother will do being the other user of The Cassius. What choices will Kenan make? Find out in this tale of White is the New Black.
