Hi, I’m josh calder a 23 year old autodidactic scholar who went vegan at 17 years old. My childhood diet was extremely processed which left me with servers occasional stomach aches, fevers, and other conditions that made me feel emotions of pending doom. I went to an iridologist/naturopath doctor for a holistic diagnosis and got the answers I was looking for! Well not really what I wanted to hear, which was that if I continued making the life choices I was making while subscribing to a detrimental dietary regimen I would end up in an early grave. So I decided to go on a extensive detox and organ restoration protocol for a few months which had me feeling spiritually, mentally, and physically like a god, the feeling was immaculate. Nevertheless I was overwhelmed with how the diet and herbal products kicked my cravings for sugar and smoking. To this day changing my diet changed my life, and this is what led me to write this cook book and nutrition guide. I am certified in the field of human anatomy & physiology including pathology, iridology and sclerology, and I’m currently Perusing my certification in biochemistry, biology, and genetics. I take all the knowledge I have acquired over the past 6 and a half years and disseminate pure scientific facts to back my thesis on why we should transition to a plant-based diet.
