Although an Electrical Engineer, his passion for improving lifestyle in modern societies led him to develop a new structured philosophy aimed at the proper mindset about eating and movement (exercising) to achieve physical fitness, mental and body robustness.
Influenced by the ancient Greek philosophy, strives for motivating as many people as possible to develop the new philosophy as a new lifestyle and improve their quality of life and their mental and physical health.
