About Queen Grania’s Wake: A Short Story in the Celtic Journeys Series by Janeen O’Kerry
“Queen Grania’s Wake” is the introductory short story to the ten-volume Celtic Journeys series by Janeen O’Kerry.
These are original novel-length tales filled with the mythology, magic, and romance of ancient Ireland. Stories of Beltaine and Lughnasa, of the Sidhe and the Celts, of goddesses and kings. Stories that make the connection between the lives of our ancestors and the world we live in today.
If you love the Celtic world, I think you will enjoy the Celtic Journeys series. Each book tells a complete story set in ancient Ireland, so they may be read in any order.

Author Bio:
I’m probably best known for writing historical fantasy and romance, but I have to admit that my first literary love was science fiction. That resulted in my most recent work, a science fiction trilogy called *The Spirit Guild.*
I sold my first novel, the historical romance *Lady of Fire,* to Dorchester Publishing back in 1995. That was the start of the ten-volume *Celtic Journeys* series, each of which is a romance set in ancient Ireland and tells a complete story.
Today I am a full-time novelist, ghostwriter, and copy editor, and I never use artificial intelligence (AI) software of any kind when creating my books. I can often be found doing workshops and panels at writers’ events and conventions.
