Amy combines hypnosis, guided imagery, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and primal health and life coaching techniques to help people reprogram physical and emotional discomfort and limiting beliefs, increase relaxation and clarity of thought, and live more mindfully and creatively. Together with her emphasis on evolutionary biology, she helps her clients work with their brains, not against them, to change their life stories and create new possibilities for success.
She lives with the love of her life and two wonderful dogs near Phoenix, where she was born and raised. A lifelong artist and beach bum at heart, she paints and makes jewelry when she’s not traveling the world with her honey.
