Hi there fellow yogis! My name is Mia Caldwell. I am a yogi, an advocate for mental health, and a lover of Restorative Yoga. My yoga journey began 8 years ago, and I wasn’t always consistent with my practice at first, but I soon realized that I always found my way back to my mat whenever I was struggling. Restorative Yoga got me through pregnancy, postpartum, financial struggles, sleep deprivation, a big move, anxiety, a job loss, and depression. Now, I can’t go very long without a Restorative Yoga practice to calm my stress levels.
