Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
I love fitness and teaching what I know. The best way to do that seemed to be writing. I have been involved with fitness for over 15 years, and I’ve tried numerous diet and exercise techniques. I live in Louisiana, United States and work as a veterinarian.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
Max Body Weight Training. What inspired me to write it is my own experience with exercises.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I write laying down.
What authors, or books have influenced you?
My biggest inspiration is Michael Matthews who wrote “Bigger Leaner Stronger”.
What are you working on now?
Another Kindle book about strength training and progressing. I hope to publish a book once a month.
What is your best method or website when it comes to promoting your books?
I am still figuring that out.
Do you have any advice for new authors?
I am new myself, but I would say enjoy the process and be patient!
What are you reading now?
The Bible. I’m to busy writing to read any other books right now.
What’s next for you as a writer?
Keep publishing books and promoting them so people will learn about me and my work.
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and allowed to take 3 or 4 books with you what books would you bring?
The Bible, Jurrasic Park, and that’s all I can think of.
