Carol Ann Martin is a writer deeply rooted in the Ozarks. Living in a secluded cabin, on the property were she was raised, she draws inspiration from the areas rich history and rural life. Her novels transport readers back to the 20th century, bringing the past to life, inviting readers to experience the beauty and hardships of a bygone era. When not writing she can be found poking around the local flea markets, or just hanging around the cabin with Mehmet, her Anatolian Shepherd.
