Author Bio:
The author, Ajuzie C. Osondu hails from Obi Ngwa Local Government Area of Abia State of Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Laws (LL.M) (General) Degrees from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
He also holds a specialized Master of Laws (LL.M) Degree in Maritime and Commercial Law from Lagos State University, Ojo, and Diploma in International Environmental Law from United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), Geneva, Switzerland. Also, the author is a trained keyboard master with a copying speed of at least 100 words per minute from the Pitman’s Examinations Institute, London.
He is an active Legal Practitioner in recognition of which the Chief Justice of Nigeria appointed him a Notary Public for Nigeria in 2008. He is happily married with children.
