Amelia Hayes has a background in Organizational Psychology and is passionate about the collective well-being of others.
The inspiration for her writing is to empower women by encouraging them to prioritize love for themselves. She believes cultivating inner love is the best way to nurture our surrounding environments.
For many years, Amelia suffered from anxiety-related issues. These days, however, she no longer identifies with these conditions after deliberately falling in love with herself. Or at least, she is no longer afraid when they arise.
