REBECCA LAVINE, MTS, MSW, LICSW, is a therapist and coach in private practice in Cambridge, MA. She has Master’s in Theological Studies from Harvard University and a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. She started meditating and practicing mindfulness when she was 19 years old. For over ten years she has worked with hundreds of people to help as a therapist make realistic and lasting change.
