I'm a fitness enthusiast and coach and have been helping the seniors in my on a personal level for years. A good friends mother had a bad fall and needed some simple exercises to get back on her feet but lives in another state so she asked me if I could write a few things down for her. I eagerly agreed. While I was writing I thought, "I might actually be able to help a lot of people if I could get these workouts to more seniors", so I decided to write and illustrate a series of books on the subject. My life's dream is to help as many seniors as possible have healther, stronger and happier lives.
