Tell us about yourself and how many books you have written.
Hi, my name is Sione and my passion is Life mastery. I am dedicated to teaching others how to become the best they can possibly be so they can reach higher levels of achievement and happiness. I believe people should help one another whenever possible which is my life’s mission and why I have authored and co-authored several books in hopes of reaching and helping millions of people around the world. I love reading, writing, eating healthy foods, playing sports, traveling, and most of all enriching other peoples lives. I also like to help promote other authors when their main goals are to help people whether it be in relationships, health or otherwise. I have written over 20 books in the health and fitness niche.
What is the name of your latest book and what inspired it?
My latest book is The Low Carb Nutribullet & Ninja Recipe Book: 10 day juice cleanse:
What inspired me to write this book is what inspired me to get in this niche in the first place and that is to help people become a better version of themselves both physically and mentally. Juicing is a great way to start this process towards self-actualization because I believe if the body is healthy the mind will soon follow! Just like it has for me.
Do you have any unusual writing habits?
I like to write late at night or early in the morning when the house is super quite and you can’t hear anything outside. I guess that wouldn’t be considered unusual. I also like to suck on cough drops while writing, for some odd reason this helps me concentrate

Do you have any advice for new authors?
Keep writing and don’t give up. You will feel the onslaught of inertia at times but just remember this is part of the process on road to success.
What is the best advice you have ever heard?
“Remembering that I’ll be dead soon is the most important tool I’ve ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life.
